Does the Polynesian Cultural Center have interpreters for tours? 

The Polynesian Cultural Center offers a limited number of foreign language tours in Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese for guests who have purchased the Super Ambassador and Ambassador level packages. Guests can also buy language tour at an additional $25.00 per person.

Where is the Lost & Found? 

The Lost & Found Department is located in the Welcome Center at the entrance to the Polynesian Cultural Center. It is the table at the front on the Northside of the building.

Self-Service Storage Lockers Available

Avoid the hassle of carrying a heavy backpack in the heat—store your belongings in our convenient self-service lockers, located near the Welcome Center between the women’s restrooms on the village side of the park. Each locker includes a power outlet for charging your devices and offers unlimited in-and-out access throughout the day. The lockers are operated via a multi-language terminal and accept both cash and credit cards. Travel light and enjoy everything the park has to offer, worry-free.

Locker Rental Pricing:
Discount is given for full-day rental

Small Locker – $4 per hour OR $24 per day
5.5 inches tall by 11 inches wide by 19.6 inches deep

Medium Locker – $5 per hour OR $30 per day
6.6 inches tall by 11 inches wide by 19.6 inches deep

Large Locker – $6 per hour OR $36 per day
16.5 inches tall by 13 wide by 22.8 inches deep
